I was owner and operator of the company. We built channel letters, monument signs, and every other type of sign imaginable. I managed everything from accounting, sales, sign fabrication to marketing the company both on and off line. Employed occassional help during installs, or tight fabrication schedules. My company also provided screen printing services, from textile to rigid substrates.

Responsible for adherence to Citrix legal standards, preauthorized "look and feel", and to internal and external stakeholder requirements. Worked with cross functional departments to build web sites, suggested and made corrections, built needed web applications, designed graphics, and responded to customer inquiries and requests. During this time, I purchased a vinyl cutter, and was doing small odd jobs on the side.

Took existing concepts and business direction and altered to be adaptable to the web. IMX had recently reorganized as a multi-level marketing organization. Supervised graphic and web departments. As part of the executive team, I was integral in all decisions involving web application development, content, pricing, marketing, customer relations, channel marketing, graphics and overall look and feel of website and products. I was directly involved with the development of a site replication system that included an integrated "smart" shopping cart for use on personalized distributor web sites. This system maintained complete genealogy of distributor organizations, and enabled distributors to access to all down-line sales activity.

Part of a contracted firm brought in to assist the marketing department build, design, develop and launch the corporate website. Responsible for creating new web applications designed to enhance and change the organization‘s business direction. Worldwide, an ISP, was seeking funding to support a new technology designed to provide web content control and parental control. Responsible for designing and developing new concepts and sample sites designed to illicit additional funding.

Main resource for web development, concept, creation, design, and graphics. Involved in other aspects of ISP functions including sales, consulting, and web server/email server setup and maintenance.

Duties included graphic design, permit drawings, sign fabrication, painting, install crew management.

Started as a part-time graphic artist. Quickly worked my way into managing the graphic artists and press operators.
